The limitations set forth in this section shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if Silentdailygarden has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Silentdailygarden may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we believe that your conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Silentdailygarden or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
